Predictive maintenance
The system warns about overheating, vibration and wear before the line stops: a maintenance request can be created automatically, without downtime.
Tell us which equipment is critical for production. We will come back with a first-stage plan.
In short
Predictive maintenance is predictive analytics for equipment: the system warns about a problem before it occurs.
It sees that a component has little resource left (15% in the demo example), that a sensor battery is draining, that temperature left its corridor and that vibration increased.
The risk of a line stop is calculated before the actual downtime, and a maintenance request can be created automatically.
BizDNAi does not fix failures — it prevents them: planned maintenance is scheduled before the line stops.
What the system warns about
- remaining component resource — planned maintenance before the line stops
- sensor battery drain — the control zone will not lose its signal
- engine overheating — temperature left the normal corridor
- increased vibration — deviation from the normal profile
- probability of a line stop — the risk is calculated before downtime
- maintenance needed — a request can be created automatically
How it works
Data from sensors and equipment is collected into one contour: temperature, pressure, consumption, vibration, resource.
The system compares readings with the normal profile and warns about a deviation before the line stops.
What the enterprise gets
Maintenance is planned in advance, not after a failure.
Downtime and losses are reduced through early warning.
A maintenance request can be created automatically, with deadlines and an owner recorded.
Setup time
This is part of a production digitization project, not a ready connector: the timeline depends on equipment, sensors and data volume and is agreed after the audit.
Ready 1C, CRM and ERP integrations inside the project — usually 1–3 days after access is provided.
What is needed to start
| Item | Why |
|---|---|
| Connected equipment | The data source: sensors, relays, counters, PLCs |
| Normal operating profiles | What to compare deviations against |
| Maintenance rules | Who gets the request and when |
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from scheduled maintenance?+
Scheduled maintenance follows the calendar, while predictive analytics looks at actual condition: resource, temperature, vibration. Maintenance is scheduled by data, not by date.
Do you repair equipment?+
No. BizDNAi does not fix failures — the system prevents them. Repairs are done by your specialists or a contractor.
Are requests created automatically?+
A maintenance request can be created automatically, with deadlines and an owner recorded. This is configurable.
Do we need new equipment?+
No. The system works with data from existing equipment through sensors, relays, counters and PLCs.

Free digital audit
We will review your data and show where the discrepancies, risks and losses are. You get a report with specifics — even if you decide to work with another contractor.
The price depends on your situation, after the free audit.
