Manufacturing Digital Twin

A digital model of production: orders, materials, shifts, warehouse and equipment in one contour, with the director seeing the real shop floor.

Tell us what production should be digitized. We will come back with a demo and a first-stage plan.

In short

A manufacturing Digital Twin is a digital model of the shop floor: orders, materials, shifts, warehouse and equipment linked in one automated scenario.

An order enters the system as a production requirement, and materials, components, staff, shifts and deadlines are calculated automatically.

The director sees production, warehouse, quality and finance at the same time instead of assembling the picture through phone calls.

Existing systems are not replaced: 1C, ERP, CRM, MES, PLC, SCADA and sensors are united in one contour.

What gets modelled

  • orders and production requirements
  • materials and components
  • shifts and staff
  • warehouse and production reserve
  • equipment and its statuses
  • quality and control

How it works

Order
Automatic calculation of materials, staff and deadlines
Warehouse and supplier
Production and shifts
Director dashboard

The order becomes a production requirement; the system calculates materials, components, staff, shifts and deadlines.

If components are short, a supplier request is created with deadlines and an owner, and output is planned and controlled.

What the enterprise gets

Production in real time: machine status, stop reasons, temperature, pressure, consumption.

Problems are visible before they cause downtime, defects or a missed deadline.

Less downtime, waste and paper workflow — across the areas stated on the site.

How the launch goes

StageWhat happens
1. Enterprise auditWe record the real processes, data and bottlenecks
2. Digital modelWe design the structure of departments, roles, equipment and orders
3. Equipment connectionSensors, relays, counters, PLCs and lines join one contour
4. IntegrationsWe connect 1C, CRM, ERP, the warehouse and communication channels
5. Process setupTasks, checklists, approvals and quality control
6. Training and launchThe director dashboard and operational contours run in real time

Setup time

This is an implementation project, not a ready connector: the timeline depends on the size of production and the number of systems and equipment connected, and is agreed after the audit.

Ready 1C, CRM and ERP integrations inside the project — usually 1–3 days after access is provided.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to stop production for implementation?+

Implementation starts with an audit and a digital model, and equipment is connected in stages. The specific plan is agreed after the audit.

Do you replace our MES or ERP?+

No. We do not replace existing systems; we unite them: 1C, ERP, CRM, MES, PLC, SCADA and sensors join one contour.

What equipment can be connected?+

Sensors, relays, counters, electrical, water, gas, temperature, humidity, energy, machines, PLCs; protocols ZigBee, Wi-Fi, Tuya, Modbus, MQTT.

Are the figures on the site customer data?+

No. The figures and scenarios on demo pages are examples, not actual customer data.
