Companies that come to BizDNAi for accounting are passed to network accountants. A client brought in by an accountant stays with that accountant and the platform does not go around them. A client who comes from the platform is assigned to a network accountant based on company complexity, free capacity, quality of work, industry experience and experience with the client's systems.

You work through a complex case under the new Tax Code together with BizDNAi experts. An expert answers within 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Your clients and data are protected
This is the first question every accountant asks. We answer directly, and everything below is fixed in the contract before you connect.

A separate isolated cell for each company One company's data is not visible from another. A client sees answers only about their own company and does not see your summary.

We do not store EDS keys or ESF system passwords The assistant does not need them: it reconciles ESF and SNT from the data already in your 1C. You still sign and send documents yourself.

Switching off in one step You close access on your side and the assistant stops seeing the database. Data retention and deletion terms are set out in the contract.

Questions we hear most often
Will BizDNAi take my clients?
No. BizDNAi does not serve network accountants' clients directly and does not pass them to other accountants. This is a contract term, not just a website promise.
Who covers me on vacation and what will they see?
A vetted network partner. They get access only to the tasks and companies you hand over, and only for the duration of your absence. Partners are selected by quality of work and industry experience, and BizDNAi is responsible for their work.
Will AI get into my database and break something?
No. 1C access is read-only, through the standard exchange service. The assistant does not post documents and does not change data. If needed, you close access on your side and the connection stops.
Do you need my EDS key and ESF system password?
No. The assistant reconciles ESF and SNT from the data already in your 1C. You sign and send documents yourself, as before.
How much does it cost and who pays?
The pilot is 0 KZT for 1 month. Then from 10,000 KZT a month per connected database; we name the final amount before the paid period starts. An outsourcing firm usually includes this amount in its own rate, a chief accountant agrees it with the CEO.
Which 1C versions does it work with?
You need 1C:Accounting 8.3 or a configuration based on it with the standard OData exchange service enabled. We confirm the exact list of configurations on the call: it takes a couple of minutes to see for your database.
Will this replace the accountant?
No. The assistant finds and prepares, a human decides. Accounting, entries and reporting stay with the accountant; only the time spent searching for problems changes.
