How it works
The platform collects Kaspi orders through the Shop API and creates a deal for each one in your portal pipeline. The buyer is matched to a contact so duplicates are not created.
Order statuses and returns are passed into the deal, while the price feed updates prices and stock on the Kaspi storefront from Bitrix24 data.

Where do Kaspi orders go?+
Each order creates a deal in the Kaspi pipeline of your portal, and the buyer is matched to a contact.
What happens to buyers who order again?+
The contact is de-duplicated by the Kaspi buyer identifier, so a repeat order does not create a second contact.
Can we get a 1C invoice for this order?+
Yes, if 1C is added to the connection: an invoice is created from the deal. That is a separate Kaspi ↔ 1C integration, and it can be connected together with the CRM.
Can we start with orders only?+
Yes. You can start by turning orders into deals and add the price feed — prices and stock to the storefront — later.
