BizDNAi connects your 1C and your Bitrix24 with a ready-made platform connector: both systems stay where they are, and the exchange is configured between them.
Products, prices and stock move from 1C to Bitrix24, so product cards and the CRM warehouse show the same data as your accounting.
A deal moves from Bitrix24 to 1C: an invoice is created for it, the PDF is attached to the deal, and a comment is added to the timeline.
With a ready-made connector, setup usually takes 1–3 days after access and API credentials are provided, unless there are non-standard constraints.
The platform reads 1C data through the standard OData interface and calls Bitrix24 over REST using the portal webhook. Both sides keep working in their own native interfaces.
Bitrix24 deal events reach the platform as webhooks: deal creation, update and deletion are processed automatically, with no manual trigger.
Access is scoped: the platform receives only the permissions the exchange needs, and every action is recorded in the journal.

No. BizDNAi works with your 1C: it reads data through OData and creates documents in the ways your configuration supports.
No, direct database access is not required. The exchange goes through the OData interface with a separate login and password that you issue yourself.
The exchange pauses and retries when the system responds again. Errors are visible in the platform journal instead of being silently lost.
The connector calls Bitrix24 over REST through the portal webhook, so no separate app installation is needed. Tell us whether your portal is cloud or on-premise and we will confirm during the review.
