Marketplace and 1C integration
Marketplace orders reach 1C, while stock and prices from accounting update the storefronts. Kaspi is already connected; other platforms after the API review.
Leave a request or message us on WhatsApp — tell us which platforms you sell on, and we will say what can be connected right away and what needs a review.
In short
BizDNAi connects marketplaces with your 1C: orders from the platforms reach accounting, while stock and prices from 1C update the storefronts.
The Kaspi Shop has a ready-made platform connector: orders, invoices, returns, the price feed and product publishing.
For other platforms there is no ready-made connector yet: the connection is built after reviewing their API, so the timeline is given after that review, not in advance.
The company changes neither 1C nor the marketplaces: the exchange is configured on top of the existing systems.
What gets connected
- marketplace orders
- documents in 1C created from orders
- stock by warehouse
- storefront prices
- order statuses
- returns and cancellations
- product matching by SKU
How it works
The platform collects orders from a platform through its API and passes them to 1C, where a document is created for the order. The price feed — stock and prices from accounting — goes the other way.
Products are matched by SKU: if SKUs differ, the mapping is configured separately to avoid mixed-up goods.
For the Kaspi Shop the platform's ready-made modules are used; for other platforms the exchange is built after reviewing their API.
What the business gets
Marketplace orders are not entered into 1C by hand — documents appear automatically.
Storefront stock matches accounting, which means fewer cancellations and complaints.
Returns and cancellations are reflected in accounting instead of staying only in the platform cabinet.
Setup time
For the Kaspi Shop — a ready-made connector: usually 1–3 days after access and API credentials are provided, unless there are non-standard constraints.
For other marketplaces the timeline is set after reviewing the platform API and your 1C configuration. We do not promise “1–3 days” where new development is needed.
What you do not have to change
The company keeps working in its own 1C and in the platform cabinets. BizDNAi does not replace the accounting system and does not move data into new software.
Product and warehouse matching rules are configured on the platform side.
Readiness by platform
| Platform | Status |

Frequently asked questions
Which marketplaces do you already work with?+
There is a ready-made connector for the Kaspi Shop. Other platforms are connected through the platform after reviewing their API.
How long does a new marketplace take?+
The timeline is given after reviewing the platform API and your 1C configuration. We will not promise specific days where development is required.
How are products matched?+
By SKU. If SKUs on the marketplace and in 1C differ, the mapping is configured separately to avoid duplicates and mixed-up goods.
Can we start with one marketplace?+
Yes. Usually you start with one platform — for example, Kaspi — and add the others as needed.
What happens when an item runs out of stock?+
The price feed updates storefront stock from accounting, so the buyer sees current availability.
