For 1C and Bitrix24 the platform has ready-made connectors: stock, prices, deals and documents are transferred automatically.
Other systems are connected over API after a review: the timeline is given once it is clear which interfaces are available.
The company does not change its ERP or CRM: BizDNAi builds the exchange on top of the existing systems.
The platform calls each system through its native interface and brings the data to one shape. Exchange rules are described by a contract: what is transferred, in which direction and on which event.
